What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) next business day via Fedex. For orders of £100 or over, Fedex shipping is offered free of charge and will be automatically applied at checkout.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
For items in stock, you’ll receive your order the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm will be despatched the following business day.
For items on backorder, you’ll see despatch times on the product page itself.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally. We are looking at expanding our shipping options to cover international locations and will keep this page updated with further information as developments occur.
What PPE items do you stock?
Due to these unprecedented times, sourcing PPE is challenging both from an availability POV as well as logistics. We are sourcing new PPE products every day, so keep an eye on our shop pages as our stock is constantly changing based on supplier availability.

Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to place an order as you are able to checkout as a guest. However, it’s recommended to create an account to view past orders and to be able to quickly re-order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us via phone, email, or live chat. Please have your order number to hand. This can be found in your account and your confirmation email.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can track your order by visiting the order tracking page. You’ll also receive email updates when your order has been despatched.
How Can I Return a Product?
If you need to return a product, please contact us for a returns slip. PPE can only be returned in unopened and unused condition. There may be a restocking fee. Please see our terms and conditions for more info.
