Important Safety Information

If you have a VS-300 or VS-500 fogging machine, please read the following information.

It has come to our attention that in a small number of cases that the plug fitted to the VS-300 and VS-500 fogging machines before September 1^st 2020 may present a low-risk hazard. Please carry out the following safety check if your machine has a GMS type ‘G22’ plug fitted in either black or white.

Bend the cable at right angles to the plug, in all directions as shown in fig.1. If the inner insulated cores become exposed (see fig.2.) please stop using your machine immediately and contact our office either by email at sales@virosmart.co.uk or by phone at 01452 865255 and we will arrange for your machine to be collected, fitted with a new plug, PAT tested and returned.
